До известных событий в Японии мне оттуда отправили открытку. В профиле человека, отправившего мне открытку такой текст:
"Dear Postcrossers!
I have a lot of messages of visits for damage of this major earthquake and the massive tsunami.
Because I have too many messages, I cannot give the reply for one the one.
However, all messages encourage me and my family, my friend.
I thank you heartily.
I was brought up in Sendai, Miyagi.
I and my families were just safe because we live in the other city and not in Sendai.
Sendai suffers very big damage by this earthquake and tsunami.
There are still my friends in the Sendai area and have the hard time very much.
My friends live in the other areas where they suffered from a lot. Their trouble is the same, too.
However, everybody does his/her best for revival.
The suffered people and the Japanese people may revive by all means.
I really thank for the messages and the supports of all of you."
Меня обуревают противоречивые чувства. С одной стороны это радость от получения красивой открытки с шикарными марками, с другой - это сочувствие трагедии целой страны. Немного согревает мысль, что с отправителем данной открытки всё относительно хорошо. Но...
На самом деле я не знаю, что еще сказать... Могу лишь показать открытку:
